I play tennis 3-4 times per week for my USTA women’s league. I had been suffering with my tennis elbow and we had our regionals coming up. I am a singles player so the points on my court matter a lot to the team and whether or not we advance. My buddies and I go away twice a year on a huge golf trip. This year we were heading to Pebble Beach and I mentioned to “the guys” that my back had been bothering me for the past month. I am an athletic trainer for a local high school so I work with all different sports and all different athletes. The only thing that I have ever really had access to was Biofreeze.
